Designer, Tiffany Brooks, brings her design expertise to the HGTV Smart Home 2022. In this one-hour special, Brooks collaborates with craftsman, Wendell Holland and landscaping expert, Carmen Johnston to create a teched-out retreat, in Wilmington, North Carolina, a southern city bursting with charm and situated along the Cape Fear River.  The HGTV Smart Home 2022 is designed to be enjoyed inside and out; with beautifully appointed rooms for stylish living, elevated by smart accents.  The outdoor spaces are curated for entertaining, with a dipping pool, custom pergola, and an expansive deck overlooking a natural woodland border.
